1. How old are the RVs that you rent?
- Here at Sierra RV Rentals, our RVs are Current or Next Year models.
- On average, the motorhomes are only rented 10-15 times before they are replaced with newer models!

2. Do you offer free parking in a safe atmosphere for my vehicle while I am renting the RVs?
- Here at Sierra RV Rentals, we offer plenty free parking during your vacation.

3. Do your RV's have advertising littering the outside of the RV?
- Sierra RV Rentals NEVER covers the outside of the RV with advertising.
- We take pride in our RVs and respect our customers enough to send them out in style.

4. When we return the RV, do we have to wash the exterior, fill the propane, and dump the waste tanks?
- At Sierra RV Rentals, we do not require you to refill your propane, wash the exterior (unless going to the Black Rock Desert), or dump your waste tanks before you return.
- Most people who rent RVs have no idea where to dump their waste tanks, refill propane, and exterior washing is very expensive (usually $3.00 per foot).

5. We are local and we do not need linens and kitchen supplies, do we still have to pay for it?
- At Sierra RV Rentals, we have not included the rental price for linens prices as most people do not need them.
- If you don't need it, you don’t pay for it.

6. We are looking to purchase an RV and wanted to try one first, will our rental money go towards the purchase of an RV?
- Yes. Sierra RV Rentals, offers Nevada's only Try-Before-You-Buy Program.
- After returning, if you choose to buy ANY RV we offer, we will credit you up to 14-nights of the nightly rate you incurred.
- The best part is…you have up to 3-months (or 90-days) to take advantage of the program!

7. How is your Customer Service Satisfaction Rating?
- Sierra RV Super Center has a 97% Customer Service Satisfaction Rating. The Industry considers 93% as excellent and the Industry average is 80%.

8. We are going for a trip in December, which is a slow time for RV Rentals; do you offer Low Season Rates?
- Sierra RV Rentals offer significantly reduced rates for October through February.
- We post our rates for the entire world to see. You know our lowest rates at the beginning of the process rather than haggling with our competition and hoping you are getting the best value.

9. We are planning a trip, but we would like some advice on where to stay and what we should see. Is this offered?
- Sierra RV Rentals offer an onsite free Trip Advisor; not some link to a site, but real suggestions from someone who has done it!

10. We need a rental for long term, do you offer
discounted rates?
- Sierra RV Rentals offer long term rental rates at a discounted price.
- Great for insurance jobs, job site locations, cross-country adventures, and everything in-between!

11. What will happen if our RV breaks down while we are traveling?
- Sierra RV Rentals offer a Vacation Saver Policy at NO COST to you!
- With our new RVs the warranty is still active, so if you break down rest assured that you will be towed into a Ford Service Center and you will be back on the road in no time!

12. We have never used an RV. Will you demonstrate how to operate the vehicle?
- Sierra RV Rentals pairs you with an Orientation Specialist who will explain the basic operation of an RV. This process usually takes a half hour to an hour.
- Our Orientation Specialist is FREE!!

12a. What about Insurance?
When it comes to insurance, you have two choices:
1. You may obtain an insurance binder from your own insurance company.
2. You may purchase a Collision Damage Waiver* from Sierra RV for $13.95 per day.
* The Collision Damage Waiver DOES NOT cover damage to the overhead roof, underbody, glass breakage, including stone chips on windshield, lost or damaged hub caps, air conditioning unit, or damage to the interior of the vehicle.

14. How much is the Security Deposit?
- We require a $500.00 refundable Security Deposit on all Rentals.
- Check with our competition on their Security Deposit and you will be amazed—unfortunately.

15. How many free miles are included in the Rental?
- We offer 100-miles FREE for each night that you are renting a motorized unit. There is no mileage on trailers.
- If you are going to incur additional mileage costs, then you will pay a deposit for the anticipated mileage and any unused mileage will be refunded after you return.

16. Do you allow pets in the RVs?
- We are happy to welcome your canine companion and offer special amenities exclusively for our four-pawed guests.
- Deposit and restrictions apply. Please contact us to inquire about arrangements for your pet prior to arrival.
